How often is my property checked?

Our Guardians attend your property daily and conduct structured inspections to confirm everything is secure and in order.

What does each visit include?

Each visit includes an external property inspection, checks for signs of damage or intrusion, identification of maintenance issues, and verification that the home presents as lived in.

Do I receive updates while I’m away?

Yes. We provide time-stamped photographs and documentation from visits, giving you reassurance and proof of attendance throughout your absence.

Is this different from cameras or alarm systems?

Yes. Cameras monitor — our Guardians physically attend your property. This visible, accountable presence helps deter issues and allows immediate action if something is wrong.

Do you patrol at night as well?

Yes. Your property receives multiple physical security checks between dusk and dawn to provide added protection during overnight hours.

Can you collect mail and manage bins?

Yes. We can collect mail, place bins out on collection days, and return them afterwards to help maintain a lived-in appearance.

What happens if you find a problem?

If an issue is identified, we notify you immediately, secure the property where required, and coordinate repairs or further assistance on your behalf.

Is this service suitable for long holidays?

Absolutely. The service is designed for both short trips and extended absences, ensuring your home remains cared for no matter how long you’re away.
