What is an outdoor or garden emergency?
An outdoor emergency is any situation that creates immediate risk to safety, access, or property — such as fallen trees, storm damage, unstable branches, damaged fences or gates, blocked driveways, or other urgent outdoor hazards.

How quickly do you respond?
Bayside Property Guardians operates 24/7 and aims to respond within approximately 20 minutes across our service area, depending on location and conditions.
What happens when a Guardian arrives?
Your Guardian will assess the situation, identify safety risks, secure the area where possible, and take immediate steps to prevent further damage while coordinating any specialist services required.
Do you carry out tree removal or major repairs yourselves?
Our role is emergency response, safety management, and coordination. Specialist works — such as arborist services or structural repairs — are completed by trusted licensed professionals from our network.
Are outdoor emergency call-outs included in my membership?
Yes. Outdoor emergency attendance and response are included as part of your Bayside Property Guardians membership. Any specialist repair works are quoted separately where required.
What types of outdoor issues do you assist with?
We assist with storm damage, fallen or dangerous trees, damaged fencing, blocked accessways, outdoor hazards, and other urgent situations that may threaten safety or property.
Can you help if I’m away from home?
Yes. We can attend, assess, coordinate specialists, and oversee the work on your behalf while keeping you fully informed — ideal for homeowners travelling or managing multiple properties.
Do you coordinate clean-up and follow-up works?
Yes. We organise trusted local professionals, manage the process, and provide clear recommendations if further maintenance or repairs are required.
Will I receive updates during the emergency?
Absolutely. You’ll receive communication throughout the process, including attendance updates, actions taken, and clear documentation of the situation.
Are your contractors insured and qualified?
Yes. We only work with trusted, professional contractors and licensed specialists who meet our standards for quality and safety.
