Daily In-Person Visits

Our Guardians attend your property every day, carrying out:

• Verification that the home remains secure and presentable

Early detection prevents emergencies from escalating.

Overnight Security Patrols

In addition to daily visits, your home receives:

• Three physical patrols between dusk and dawn

• Optional Enhanced Patrols of up to five patrols per evening

This provides consistent overnight coverage during the highest-risk hours.

Photo Documentation & Transparency

At each visit and patrol, we capture time-stamped photos of your property.

These are provided for:
