Our Story​

 

Bayside Property Guardians was formed by two Brighton locals who met over coffee and shared a common frustration: Bayside homeowners were being left exposed.

​

George experienced three break-ins in three months, despite doing everything “right.”

Jack, meanwhile, couldn’t get a tradesperson to return a call to fix a blocked drain.

​

Different problems. Same conclusion.

​

There was a clear gap between security, property care, and reliable response — particularly after hours, when most issues occur.

Bayside Property Guardians was founded to close that gap.

Bayside Property Guardians exists to provide Bayside homeowners with professional, reliable, and proactive property protection.

Inspired by real-world experiences — after-hours emergencies, break-ins while away, uncollected mail, unattended maintenance issues, and the difficulty of coordinating trustworthy trades — we recognised that homeowners needed more than alarms, cameras, or one-off call-outs.
