What should I do if I have an electrical emergency?


Your safety comes first. If it’s safe to do so, switch off power at the main switchboard and contact Bayside Property Guardians immediately. We will coordinate a rapid response

and guide you through the next steps.


How quickly do you respond?


We operate 24/7 and aim to respond within approximately 20 minutes across our service area, ensuring urgent electrical issues are assessed and managed without delay.


Do you perform electrical repairs yourselves?


No. Our Guardians provide emergency response, safety assessment, and coordination. All electrical repairs and specialised works are carried out by licensed and qualified electricians from our trusted local network.


What types of electrical issues do you assist with?


We coordinate response for a wide range of urgent issues, including power outages, tripping circuits, exposed wiring, safety switch failures, storm-related damage, and other electrical faults requiring prompt attention.


Is the emergency call-out included in my membership?


Yes. Unlimited emergency call-outs are included as part of your Bayside Property Guardians membership. If specialised repair work is required, this will be quoted separately by licensed trades.


What happens when a Guardian arrives?


Your Guardian will assess the situation, identify immediate risks, make the area safe where possible, and coordinate a licensed electrician if further work is required.


Can you help if I’m away from home?


Yes. Many members rely on us while travelling or managing multiple properties. We can attend, provide access, oversee works, and keep you informed throughout the process.


Are the electricians licensed and insured?


Absolutely. We only work with licensed, trusted electricians, and all works are fully insured and carried out to professional standards.Will I be informed about what’s happening?


Yes. We provide clear communication, updates on attendance, and documentation of actions taken so you always know the status of your property.

Do you organise follow-up works?

Yes. If further repairs are needed, we coordinate quotes and organise trusted professionals on your behalf — taking the stress out of managing the process yourself.
