Bayside Property Guardians operates 24/7 and aims to respond within approximately 20 minutes across our service area, ensuring urgent plumbing issues are assessed and managed quickly.

What happens when I report a plumbing emergency?

Your Guardian will coordinate immediate response, assess the situation, and take practical steps to minimise damage — including arranging a licensed plumber and managing access to your property if required.

Do you carry out plumbing repairs yourselves?

No. Our role is emergency response, coordination, and property protection. All plumbing repairs are completed by licensed and qualified plumbers from our trusted local network.

Is plumbing emergency response included in my membership?

Yes. Emergency call-out coordination and attendance are included as part of your membership. Any specialist repair works are quoted separately by licensed trades.

What do Guardians do when they arrive?

Our Guardians assess risks, help isolate water supply where possible, secure affected areas, and oversee the situation until a licensed plumber has attended.

Can you help if I’m away from home?

Yes. We can attend on your behalf, provide secure access to tradespeople, oversee works, and keep you fully updated throughout the process.

Are the plumbers licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We only work with trusted local plumbers who are licensed, qualified, and fully insured.

Will I be kept informed during the emergency?

Yes. You’ll receive clear updates on attendance, actions taken, and recommendations for any follow-up work required.

Do you organise follow-up repairs or quotes?

Yes. Once the emergency is stabilised, we coordinate quotes and manage trusted professionals so you don’t need to chase trades or manage the process yourself.
